Siete Misterios Doba-Yej is made from agave Espadin Alcoholic content: 45.5% Alc. Vol. adjusted with spring water. Milling: Chilean Tahona. Fermentation: Pine wood vats. Distillation: Two in copper stills. Region: Santiago Matatlán, Oaxaca. Tasting notes Nose: citrus aromas of yellow lemon, green lemon, grapefruit, delicate smoky glints and yellow apple. Floral tones of violets and delicate sweet notes of cooked agave and toasted caramel. Palate: medium character, with great permanence in the mouth, confirms its citrus notes, with a sweet finish. It tends to improve with air and develops its sweet and floral power.
